This is achieved through a distributed architecture that processes access requests at the edge level rather than relying on servers.
Door Interlocking
In the control panel, interlocking can be achieved without requiring external cables. Cross-board interlocking can be performed by verifying the interlock signal from one control panel before granting access to the local control panel.
Dynamic Storage Allocation (DSA)
Dynamic Storage Allocation enables system administrators to modify cardholder data and scheduled event storage based on current needs, resulting in more personalized memory usage for the control panel whenever needed.
High Performance
The Entrypass N6200 is built upon the latest Hybrid Compact Board (HCB). The Entrypass N6200 is a high-reliability and energy-efficient access control panel designed for physical access control industry. Equipped with Freescale ColdFire 32-bit microcontroller running at 60MHz, it can meet the demands in the access control field.
AES (Advanced Encryption Standard)
Enabling AES ensures that communication between Entrypass N6200 and card access systems is protected, preventing hackers from infiltrating the system and performing any malicious actions.
Dynamic Operation Profile
The Entrypass N6200 leverages several default operation profiles to facilitate smooth transitions between doors, revolving doors, or parking areas for vehicles, thus saving time and minimizing configuration errors.
Active Transmit
Rather than storing event data in memory and waiting for the host PC to poll, Entrypass N6200 actively sends current event data to the host server as it occurs. This results in faster event dissemination and processing.
Unlimited Access Level
The Entrypass N6200 can support a broader range of access levels within groups, allowing for more precise assignment based on increased rule and access criteria within specific areas.
