Warranty term follows the product category in the table below.
If a written quotation or contract states a different term, that written term applies.

- A replacement unit does not extend the original warranty. The remaining term or 30 days applies, whichever is longer.
- Hardware claims are carry-in to the Lumbatech workshop in Bekasi and Malang. On-site visits are not a standard warranty service.
- Claims for shipping damage or DOA require a video of the unboxing with the packaging intact. Without that video, a physical-damage claim may be declined.
